Ben is a Software Engineer at UnityAI with an academic background in data science and machine learning. At UnityAI, he strives to convert data driven insights to tangible improvements to patients’ voice AI experience.

Outside of work, Ben spreads his time between his love of soccer (goalkeeper turned striker), music (guitar), and food (refried beans, etc).

Chad is a data and technology leader with expertise in data engineering, machine learning, and big data. He has held roles at CHS, Capella Healthcare, HCA, and GRAIL, where he built scalable data pipelines, developed ML and NLP solutions, and contributed to early cancer detection initiatives.

Outside of work, Chad is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys hiking, cycling, and exploring the Blue Ridge and Pisgah National Forest.

Claire is one of our team's Product Analysts, leading quality assurance efforts across our products. She works closely with engineering and customer success to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for our users.

Outside of work, Claire is an active member of the Junior League of Nashville, enjoys exploring new restaurants, and can often be found running through her neighborhood.

Daniel is the Chief Commercial Officer at UnityAI, leading sales, marketing, and customer success. Prior to UnityAI, Daniel held leadership roles at Reimagine Care and Trilliant Health, where he focused on building innovative technology, data, and AI solutions to improve healthcare.

Daniel also serves on the board for the HopeWay Foundation, a mental health treatment center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Daniel resides in Nashville with his family.

As a Data Scientist at UnityAI, Efosa focuses on operations research problems that optimize healthcare operations. Previously, he was working at a start to solve data science problems related to the energy grid.

In his free time, Efosa likes to stay active by going to the gym and chasing handstand mastery. He also likes to go snowboarding or off-roading in the mountains.

Erin is a Business Operations Coordinator at UnityAI and brings over two decades of experience to the Operations side of the team, with a career that has spanned advertising, financial services, motion graphics, landscape architecture, trucking, leadership development, real estate and more.  A self-described jane-of-all-trades, she has spent most of her career supporting entrepreneurial companies as the back office hub to assist in getting things done, creating culture and bringing fun and function to the office!

Originally from Southern California, Erin now lives in the Nashville area with her daughter and their kitties.  Outside of work, they enjoy fostering kittens for the local animal shelter, taking adventure trips, exploring new places to eat in Nashville and spending quality family time.

Hannah leads implementation and customer success for our team after spending the past decade in early-stage startups focused on driving successful partnerships and delivering an incredible experience for customers. Prior to UnityAI, she worked to expand access to clinical research trials in diverse populations with AI at Topography Health.

In her free time, Hannah loves to spend time outdoors: hiking, gardening, and walking around her East Nashville neighborhood. Although stuck in the landlocked state of Tennessee, she loves the ocean and takes every possible opportunity to head to the beach to surf, swim, and soak up the sun.

Javier is a Client Operations Lead at UnityAI, coming from a data analytics consulting background. For the past decade he's been helping clients get the most out of their data. He is passionate about solving complex problems and, most importantly, bridging the gap between people and technology.

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Javier grew up in five different countries before eventually settling in Nashville, which has been home for the last five years. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him spending time with his wife and pets, hiking, trying new recipes, or staying active.

Jonah Bryan is a Product Analyst at UnityAI, where he’s working at the intersection of the customer success team and product engineering. He’s a recent graduate of Stanford Medicine’s Clinical Informatics Management program, where he dove deeply into the business of healthcare and the mechanics of venture capital in digital health. Before Stanford, Jonah helped drive the design of AI solutions in behavioral healthcare for projects across industry and academia.

Outside of work, Jonah is a multi-sport intramural athlete and a co-host of the podcast “Psychiatry XR”. He’s actively immersing himself in the live music and food scene in Nashville, and is determined to find the best pizza in town.

Josh has a decade of health tech experience across a number of technical disciplines. He serves as a DevOps Engineer responsible for driving innovation and operational excellence across the organization as we scale.

In his free time, Josh likes to learn new things, read books, and spend time with his wife and three kids.

Kyle is a seasoned software engineer with more than seven years of experience building technology products for early-stage startups. Based in Nashville, TN, Kyle is passionate about travel and enjoys discovering new places with his wife. He thrives on connecting with others, embracing new challenges, and continually advancing his professional skills.

Matthew is a Senior Platform Engineer at UnityAI. He worked in technology for almost 2 decades in both operational and development roles. This experience has enabled him to design and build highly scalable and reliable software systems that align with business needs and bring value to customers. As a platform engineer his vision is to continually find ways to shift problems down into the platform layer and unlock increased development velocity to enable innovation and allow new ideas to get to production quickly.

Outside of work, Matthew likes to read, spend time with friends, and frequently rewatch movies from the Fast and Furious franchise while dreaming of owning an R34 Skyline GTR.

Michael Medley is a Senior Platform Engineer at UnityAI, where he focuses on security and networking. He brings a wealth of experience across all three major cloud providers and has deep expertise in Kubernetes.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the great outdoors.

Mollie is the VP of Operations at UnityAI, where she leads program management, finance, HR, and compliance. She started her career as an R&D engineer at Medtronic, and prior to UnityAI, she helped dozens of health tech founders build digital products as Chief of Staff of a boutique consulting firm.

In her free time, Mollie loves to travel, see live music, and explore new coffee shops. She's also the founder of Health Tech Nashville, where she hosts casual networking events for 450+ healthcare nerds. 

Nader is a Software Engineer at UnityAI, where he helps build and design the company’s app, focusing on creating smooth, intuitive experiences for users. He works closely with teammates across engineering, design, and product to support the development of tools that improve healthcare operations.

Outside of work, Nader enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and cheering on the Lakers.

Nathan is VP of Engineering at UnityAI, where he's involved in architecting, implementing, and deploying our software solutions. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and supporting the Titans and Commodores.

Peter is a Staff Data Engineer at UnityAI with over 13 years of engineering experience in the healthcare and retail industries. He has expertise working across the data stack to create impactful data products to meet customer needs.

Peter currently resides in the Boston area and in his free time enjoys reading Sci-fi books, running, biking, baking, following many sports, and spending time with his wife and son.

Ryan is a Principal Data Engineer with over eight years of experience in healthcare data engineering. He specializes in end-to-end data solutions, from architecture to data pipelines to analytics, with expertise in transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights. In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and two Australian Shepherds, running, and watching (perhaps too much) his favorite sports teams.

Sam is a Data Scientist at UnityAI with a strong background in mathematics and statistics. He specializes in building forecasting models and recommender systems, bringing valuable expertise to product development and the pioneering efforts in hospital simulation systems. A Nashville native, Sam previously worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Spotify.

He earned his undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and his PhD in Computational Science from the University of Texas at Austin. In his free time, Sam enjoys playing tennis and basketball, running, hiking, reading fantasy novels, and gaming.

Weston is a versatile software engineer with broad experience across cloud infrastructure, backend systems, and full-stack development. He specializes in building microservices, designing serverless architectures, and delivering scalable, efficient solutions, bringing hands-on expertise in AWS, Java, Python, Go, Terraform, and CI/CD automation. Known for thriving in fast-paced environments, he enjoys tackling complex engineering challenges and creating robust systems with meaningful real-world impact. He holds a strong technical foundation shaped by years of practical work in cloud-native technologies and modern development practices.

Outside of work, Weston's a fan of Formula 1, great food, craft beer, music, and exercise, and he spends time with family—often attempting home improvement projects with enthusiasm if not always success.
